HR-Structures GmbH is a young, family-run company that specializes in the production of aluminium industrial buildings and event tents. The business headquarters and production facility are located in Grebenhain, Hesse, Germany.

The owner-managed company carries out projects worldwide from its ultra-modern 80,000 m² company premises. Constantly looking for new challenges, we have established rigorous quality control from our production team and continuous development from our innovative technical department.

The History of HR-Structures

Bringing more than 60 years of professional experience to the table, the company HR-Structures was founded in 2021. In 1993, Heinz Röder, the founder of HR-Structures, together with his brother Edwin Röder, transferred the ownership rights of his first company “Röder AG” which had been founded in 1959, and initially retired from the industry sector. During his activities at “Röder AG”, he participated in developing the milestones for this sector from the initial wooden tents to introducing aluminium tents to the first two-storeyed tents and thus established worldwide recognition.

In 2001, six years after selling the company, he founded a second company, which was later known by the name “Röder HTS Höcker GmbH”. In addition to event tents, the main focus of this company was the sale of storage buildings and storage tents which was strongly influenced by the acquisition of “Höcker”. He sold this company in 2019 and initially pursued different interests after leaving the company.

When Heinz Röder founded another company in this industrial sector at the beginning of 2021, the foundation for a new project was laid. By purchasing the operating premises of “STI” in the Hessian Grebenhain, a large production plant with offices was acquired which was immediately equipped with state-of-the-art technology.

Andrew has been delivering structures and accessories to the events industry in the UK for over 25 years. He is one of the most experienced event structure sales operatives in the country, combining comprehensive product knowledge with exceptional customer service to support.

Steve Jones

Marketing (UK & Ireland)

Steve Jones has been in marketing since the early 1990s. He has set up and run two marketing agencies, worked in a London marketing agency during the dot com boom and used clever and effective marketing to help numerous start-ups, SME and larger organisations develop their businesses.

With a primary focus on industrial building marketing in the UK, Steve’s role involves lead generation from the development of marketing strategy, and the application of marketing tactics and use of marketing tools including content creation, funnel building, social media, email, conversion rate optimisation and SEO amongst others.
