We start with a phone consultation to understand your requirements, intended use, dimensions, specification and any known site considerations.

No obligation site visit
If the indicative costs are of interest, we arrange a free site visit to assess the site, discuss the requirements in more detail and develop the solution further. We will assess access, ground conditions and ensure that the project can be delivered.
Design developed around your site
Following the site visit, we can refine the design and identify any site-specific requirements that may affect the project cost.
Fixed price proposal
Once the scope and design have been established, we provide a fixed-price proposal for the agreed solution. This may have an expiry date but it will not change unless the specification changes.
No hidden surprises

You know what you are likely to be spending on the complete project, not simply what the building itself costs.
Payment options
Buy, lease purchase or rent.
- Rent: Renting is best for very short term use but will be more expensive.
- Lease Purchase: Lease purchase allows for longer terms and lower payments.
You can spread the cost of the structure over an agreed period through regular monthly payments, with an agreed purchase price at the end of the term. This can be a useful option where you want to spread the initial cost while retaining the intention to own the structure. - Buy: Buying is your best option when you have long term space requirements, but you also want the option to dismantle and move or remove the building at any time.
