The History of HR-Structures

HR-Structures was founded in 2021 but the people that make it the leading aluminium-framed industrial building and event tent specialist in the World have been experts in the industry for years.

HR-Structures' History

In 1959 Heinz Röder (the founder of HR-Structures), and his brother Edwin, started Röder AG. They developed wooden tents and introduced aluminium tents and the first two-storey tents. After building the company up to worldwide recognition, they sold it in 1993 and retired from the industry.

Six years later in 2001, Heinz founded a second company, which was eventually called “Röder HTS Höcker GmbH”. In addition to event tents, the main focus of this company was the sale of storage buildings and storage tents which was strongly influenced by the acquisition of “Höcker”. Heinz sold this company in 2019 and initially pursued different interests after leaving the company.

Heinz finally founded his third company in this sector at the beginning of 2021. This was HR-Structures. A large production plant with offices in Grebenhain in the countryside North East of Frankfurt was purchased and immediately equipped with state-of-the-art technology.

With more than 60 years experience in industrial building design and construction, HR-Structures now delivers the highest quality industrial buildings and event tents. Since the company was founded, we have set the highest standards for technical innovation, building strength and the quality of our chosen materials and finished structures.

Today, HR-Structures’ product range includes industrial canopies, uninsulated or insulated industrial buildings, modern event pagodas, extravagant skyline tents, classic festival tents and much more. Our lightweight industrial buildings are made of high-quality aluminium and our elegant event tents made of robust PVC material are resilient, stable, weather-resistant, sustainable and cost-efficient.
