Loading & Logistics Designs

Our logistics and loading structures can be planned to fit within existing yard layouts, connect to adjacent buildings, or sit alongside active loading areas. This allows additional covered space to be introduced without interrupting day-to-day logistics activities.

Our loading and logistics structures are available in three building types which are suited to different uses:

Canopy loading bays
Used where weather protection and fast vehicle turnaround are the priority. Open-sided canopies allow larger vehicles and materials handling equipment to move freely while protecting goods and workers from the elements.

Non-insulated logistics buildings
Provide enclosed, secure loading space at ambient temperature. Suitable for general goods handling, dispatch operations and covered areas between external sites and internal storage.

Insulated logistics buildings
Used where staff work inside the building for extended periods, or where temperature control is required during loading and handling.

Efficient Loading and Logistics

Our structures are designed with wide spans and no internal support columns, allowing loading bays, staging areas, and internal vehicle movements to be arranged around operational workflows.

Our semi-permanent logistics structures are designed to support frequent vehicle movements, accommodate different vehicle sizes and allow safe separation between vehicles, pedestrians, and materials handling equipment.

Our wide range of door types and sizes will accommodate different vehicle types, dock configurations, and site layouts. Separate personnel doors allow vehicle movements and pedestrian access to be clearly separated, with protective barriers incorporated where required to support safe, efficient site operation.
