Buy, Lease Purchase, or Rent? - Ownership Options

Renting is best for very short term use but will be expensive. Lease purchase allows for longer terms and lower payments. This works well if you know you will no longer need the structure after a certain period.

Buying is your best option when you have long term space requirements, but you also want the option to dismantle and move or remove the building at any time.
